JV Close Joint-Stock Company "International Business Center" was founded in March, 2001, with the assistance of Russian capital. The main founder of the Company considered to be Russian Concern “Rosaviaspetscomplect” (www.rasco.ru). The main objective of Company's activity is introducing up-to-date methods of management. In the whole, enterprise has the task to develop economical ties and relations between Armenia and foreign countries, using the huge scientific -technical and production potential of Armenia.
