Company was built for production of commutation technics. Construction of the Company was planned in four stages. First and second stages are completed, and as a result Company has complete infrastructure and 7 buildings with production area of 47 290 m2. Third stage is completed by 80 % and 2 buildings with production area of 36 000 m2 are included in it. At the 4-th stage a building had to be built with the production area of 15 795 m2 and a number of auxiliary buildings.

Completed construction area is 80 000 m2, from which 28 000 m2 is production area, 3 000 m2 is service area, 5 500 m2 - administrative, 5 700 m2 - auxiliary, 3 200 m2 store houses and so on.

In spite of these OJSC "Arax" has parking for 500 cars, dining hall with 500 seats, technical and cooling systems of water supply, petrol filling stations, pump systems and underground 1000 m3, 2 000 m3 and two 100 m3 closed wells, as well as water supply and fire-prevention systems accordingly 3x2000 m3 and two 2x250 m3 closed wells.

Total area of OJSC "Arax" is 15, 5 hectare.

Company has several operating work-shops, which are equipped with necessary machineries.

We are expecting to cooperate in the following directions:

1. Establishment of joint-venture enterprise
2. Establishment of technical stock on the territory of OJSC "Arax"
3. Investments in the current and further projects.
